The monolithic form of the set was achieved through the decomposition of the elements of a table, chair, and lamp, resulting in a unified and harmonious design.

Additionally, the tabletop and the campanula of the luminaire are made from "corkbalt," a revolutionary material that combines basalt fiber with cork, resulting in a lightweight yet sturdy composition.

The production process of the Ayers Cork collection is a testament to the designer's commitment to craftsmanship and innovation. Each chair is meticulously sculpted from a single block of cork using advanced CNC technology. The same method is applied to the base of the table, ensuring a seamless and cohesive design.
