With e-DOMI, the exterior "SHELL" can be carved out of any sustainable material using CNC milling technology, allowing for endless possibilities in shape and design. The "CORE" provides excellent thermal insulation through the use of hi-tech renewable materials. This unique combination of the CORE & SHELL concept and detachability from the ground results in energy-efficient houses that stand out in terms of both aesthetics and functionality.

The outer walls, made of sandwich panels, form the CORE, while the SHELL is prepared off-site and wrapped around the CORE, leaving a gap for rain or snow to freely fall to the ground.
