Percept Design's Show Flat Exudes Luxury and Artistic Sensibility

The design inspiration for the British Ville Penthouse came from a deep respect for life and power. Every inch of the space is like a chapter about life, with a strong art feeling. The style is more like an advanced private customized big party, with the romantic feeling of France, the enthusiasm and passion of Italy, and a rational filament line. It is an international art stage, singing the praise song for soul and life.

The designer adopted a deconstructivism design style after thorough thinking of the space. This approach resulted in a space sketched out by irregular lines, creating a strong forward feeling and visual impact. This design brings a new aesthetic taste and enjoyment of beauty, leaving a lasting impression on its viewers.

In terms of material selection, a postmodernism style was chosen as the basis. The designer conducted a mature consideration and selected materials that matched the whole space theme. The use of craft glass on the ceiling conducted reflection, refraction, and dislocation to the space, enhancing the free degree and art feeling of the whole space.

The British Ville Penthouse is a duplex of 660 square meters located in a high-rise building. The first floor houses a reception room and a guest room. The second floor features an indoor swimming pool, a red wine room, and a gym, constituting a private space for the owner. The third floor has a family room and a master bedroom suite.

The design of the British Ville Penthouse faced several challenges. With the master’s pursuit of art as the background, the project design continued the theme of "private art house" through the design elements. The project took mirror, craft glass, and an open layout as the entry points of this case design, considering the restrictions on building such as building height and traffic flow planning.
