The Brother Fortune Villa Type 180 stands out with its unique location in one of the major cities of Inner Mongolia, with one of the largest urban natural parks in China just across the adjacent road. This proximity to nature adds a touch of serenity and tranquility to the luxurious showflat.
All the materials used in the Brother Fortune Villa Type 180 are displayed in their natural state, showcasing their texture-rich wallpaper, sharp and neat caulking of metals inlaid seams, and natural marbles that resemble Chinese landscape paintings. The facade of the villa pays meticulous attention to details and junctures of different materials, resulting in a space that conveys a classic and simple style while meeting modern demands for fashion, practicality, and rich layering.
The Brother Fortune Villa Type 180 spans a total area of 180 square meters, with a height ranging from 2.4 meters to 2.7 meters. Its design team, led by David Chang, includes designers Many Wu, Stacy Huang, and Jane Jan, who have worked together to create a space that perfectly reflects the sense of momentum and offers a broad vision, open and transparent, making it an ideal family public activity area.
Commencing in August 2016 and completed in December 2017, the Brother Fortune Villa Type 180 is located in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, China. The design process involved comprehensive research to avoid cluttering the space with traditional Chinese decoration style symbols and disorder. Instead, the design blends varied styles, old and new, classic and originality, to present the same beauty of harmony derived from natural landscapes.
The Brother Fortune Villa Type 180 overcame the challenge of the original structure drawings, which featured three stories into the house with fire stairs only up to the third floor. By adjusting the living space of the living room and dining room to the fourth floor, the design fully utilized the four-floor elevation space, ensuring a reasonable use function.
With its care and consideration for the owner, the Brother Fortune Villa Type 180 showcases a strong Chinese style infused with natural elements. It transports visitors to the artistic conception of the classical Kunqu Opera, with ink-splashing mountains and waters as the background, creating a dynamic feeling of traveling far away from the moon.
The Brother Fortune Villa Type 180 was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2019. This prestigious award recognizes designs that exhibit strong technical and creative skills, contributing to quality of life improvements and making the world a better place.
