The Chinoiserie Villa S3 stands out for its grandeur and attention to detail. With an area of 18,000 square feet and a ceiling height of nearly 14 feet throughout the main level and basement garden level, the villa exudes an elevated atmosphere of comfort. The living room and dining room combined area, with its ceiling height of approximately 25 feet, adds a sense of majesty to the residence.

David Chang Design Associates Int'l has utilized a variety of Western and Chinese elements in the design. The villa features Huizhou architectural arches, common carvings of stone pedestals shaped as plum blossoms, and imperial dragon scale decorations. The majority of the large area is adorned with texture-rich travertine stone, known for its calming color and elegant appearance. The design also incorporates a mix of leather with brass and marble stone with wood, lending a melodious fashion look to the space.

The villa is spread over five floors, with careful consideration given to functional spaces and traffic flows. Detailed space planning reflects the emphasis placed on the comfort and requirements of the future villa owner, representing the true meaning of bespoke design. The show home is open to the public for viewing by appointment only, promoting the developer's relentless pursuit for excellence in property design.

The project started in early 2014 and was completed in March 2015. The villa is located on Dongwei Road in Shunyi District, Beijing, China, just a 15-minute car ride from Beijing Capital Airport Terminal 3. The design team faced the challenge of merging Chinoiserie and Western Classic styles to create a modern yet traditional interior. The result is a space that demonstrates complete beauty from floor to ceiling, with intricate luxurious touches throughout.

Chinoiserie Villa S3 has been recognized for its outstanding design, winning the Silver A' Luxury Design Award in 2017. The award is given to top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that illustrate outstanding expertise and innovation. The villa's design, admired for its strong technical characteristics and splendid artistic skill, showcases a remarkable level of excellence and introduces positive feelings, amazement, and wonder.
