Chingiz Akchurin's vision for the penthouse was to alter the perception of luxury at one of the most exclusive addresses in modern Moscow. He meticulously considered every detail to ensure an unsurpassed living experience. The result is a penthouse that sets a new benchmark for residential schemes worldwide, marrying design and functionality effortlessly.
The penthouse's unique properties lie in its exacting standards and the exclusive materials sourced globally. It delivers an unmatched living experience, placing it in a class of its own on a global scale. The design features bespoke chandeliers, an inspired collaboration with Swarovski, and a staircase with flowing, organic lines of polished steel and palisander. This fusion creates a new modern classic and is a hallmark of the project.
The penthouse is a testament to luxury and cutting-edge technology. Room-to-room environmental control, smart security systems, switchable glass, TV lifts, and curtains are all controlled by an iPhone. In a serious dedication to superior luxury, all the doors are made of onyx and finished to exacting standards.
The penthouse, located on the 71st floor of the Moscow Tower, spans 250 sq.m. It features three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The project started in September 2013 and was completed in May 2015. Despite the challenges of combining high fashion design with modern everyday living, Akchurin successfully developed a space where clients could feel exalted yet comfortable.
The design was awarded the Golden A' Luxury Design Award in 2016. This prestigious accolade is granted to marvelous, outstanding, and trendsetting creations that reflect the designer's prodigy and wisdom. They are venerated products and bright ideas that advance art, science, design, and technology, embodying extraordinary excellence and significantly impacting the world with their desirable characteristics.
