Spanning over 5,800 square feet across three storeys, Noce House boasts a range of luxurious features, including its own lap pool, elevator, five bedrooms, and a roof garden. The aim of the design was to create a modern contemporary interior that exudes elegance and communicates a sense of fine living and stature.
One of the standout features of Noce House is the extensive use of walnut throughout the interior. The choice of walnut as the main material and finish adds a touch of warmth and sophistication to the space. Each walnut column element was meticulously crafted by hand, resulting in an interior that is unmistakably modern yet refined.
The walnut columns serve as a defining design element, running the entire length of the living room, staircase, and dining room. They also act as dividers, leading up to the upper floors. This cohesive theme continues on the third floor, where the walnut columns run the length of a counter ledge in the bar lounge and entertainment room.
Aside from its aesthetic appeal, Noce House also prioritized spatial planning to accommodate three generations living under one roof. The layout changes and full fit-out were completed within a period of six months, thanks to close site supervision and efficient project management. The attention to detail and minimal disturbances to the surroundings garnered praise from the immediate neighbors.
Noce House is a testament to the successful integration of modern luxury and timeless elegance. With its unique design elements, bespoke treatments, and meticulous craftsmanship, this residence sets a new standard for contemporary living.
