Marian Visterniceanu's design inspiration for Brooklyn Luxury was drawn from history, with an aim to align it with future trends. The design is a reflection of the client's passion for rich, luxurious residences reminiscent of palaces and castles. The classic style is adapted and stylized to the canons of contemporary design and innovative technologies, creating a unique architectural gem in Brooklyn.

The unique properties of Brooklyn Luxury lie in its reproduction of a classic style, adapted to modern design canons and innovative technologies. The use of high-quality modern materials has contributed to the creation of this project. The expected expenditure for this project exceeds 5 million U.S. dollars, promising a luxurious, elegant, yet functional and comfortable interior.

The house is built on a system of concrete and metal columns, equipped with smart home and autonomous systems. All furniture is sourced from luxury brands in Italy. The house features a pneumatic lift and stairs made entirely of glass. The building spans three levels and covers about 2000 square feet, with 3.8 m high ceilings and huge windows all over the perimeter.

The design project, which took four months to create, began construction in January 2020 and is expected to be completed by the end of the year. The house is located in Brooklyn, New York. The project uses the most expensive materials and technologies exclusively, with furniture and decorations from well-known brands, recognized as design idols.

Creating a fully integrated project with a smart house system was a challenge due to the limited number of specialists in this field. The luxury style, created by a contemporary perfectionist designer, made almost all the furniture in this house to be custom manufactured. Despite these challenges, the project was successful in creating a stylish and opulent interior that is also functional and comfortable.

Brooklyn Luxury was awarded Silver in A' Luxury Design Award in 2020. This award is given to top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that illustrate outstanding expertise and innovation. These designs, admired for their strong technical characteristics and splendid artistic skill, showcase a remarkable level of excellence and introduce positive feelings, amazement, and wonder.
