The inspiration for Huafa Hills comes from the French manor style, known for its aesthetic detail and symmetrical layout. Located in the north of Zhuhai, Huafa Hills benefits from the development scheme in the Greater Bay Area, offering convenient connections to Hong Kong and Macau. The site enjoys a superior location, surrounded by mountains on three sides, resulting in a very exclusive and private development. The building façade is primarily cladded with beige granite to blend into the natural setting, with subtle façade details and scales carefully designed to create a harmonious unity of nature and humanity.

The project comprises 110 villas and 852 residential units, all designed with over 3m floor height. Major spaces such as foyers, living and dining rooms of villas are provided with double-height volume, adding to the sense of luxury. The villas are all arranged towards the water feature and greenery fields, allowing residents to enjoy the vast landscape and waterscape.

The design of Huafa Hills respects the existing nature and contour of the site. The most challenging part of the design was to create a master plan, architecture, and landscape settings that minimize the impact on the environment and eco-system, yet integrate human habitat with harmony. The result is a high-end luxury residential development in a pure and natural environment, one of a kind in the Greater Bay Area.

Huafa Hills was awarded Golden in A' Luxury Design Award in 2020, a testament to the project's outstanding design and trendsetting creations.
