As the first Yue project naming system to start a mountain, La Croyance Villa showcases the needs of the elite and integrates the spirit of French gardens with the essence of Chinese gardens. Situated adjacent to the ecological corridor and natural wetland along the Wenyu River, this villa enjoys 70,000 square meters of privately-owned ecological park landscape. Its exterior architecture combines elegant French forms with carefully selected Chinese elements, resulting in a harmonious fusion of Western charm and Oriental allure.
The spatial scale of La Croyance Villa is broad and transparent, with balanced and symmetrical lines that evoke a sense of etiquette and ritual. The facade design incorporates modern decorative materials while paying homage to Chinese elements, creating a gentle and cordial space that resonates with people's living reality. The attention to detail in the technology and material selection ensures a harmonious and unified spatial tonality, providing a luxurious and comfortable environment.
With a total area of 618 square meters, La Croyance Villa stands tall with a height ranging from 2.17 meters to 6.4 meters. Its interior design exudes classical elegance and timeless beauty, reflecting the meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail. The villa features a home cinema space that showcases the integration of ancient cars and graffiti art, a testament to the designer's dedication to achieving the best spatial display effect.
The design of the mezzanine floor in La Croyance Villa posed a creative challenge, which was overcome by transforming it into an embroidery room for the hostess. This quiet and elegant Zen space is bathed in natural light from the skylight, creating a harmonious interplay between light and shadow. The antique car home cinema, another highlight of the project, required meticulous discussions among the designers to achieve the optimal space effect.
The La Croyance Villa is a testament to the designer's deep research and understanding of Chinese culture and aesthetics. Its interior decoration style resembles a long ink scroll of Chinese paintings, exuding a soothing and graceful ambiance. The delicate sense of quality is achieved through the careful selection of materials and color combinations, creating a space that embodies the essence of traditional Chinese silk embroidery culture.
La Croyance Villa, designed by David Chang, is a masterpiece that seamlessly blends French elegance with Chinese charm. Its unique fusion of cultures and aesthetics creates a luxurious and captivating environment that truly stands out. This design has been recognized for its outstanding creativity and resourcefulness, receiving the Bronze A' Design Award in 2019. With its meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality, La Croyance Villa sets a new standard for high-end residential design.
