The design of the Brother Fortune Villa Type 160 is characterized by clear lines, unbroken planes, and a spatial form full of strength. Drawing inspiration from European neoclassical elements, the showflat combines these elements with modern design techniques to create a space that exudes sophistication and charm. The Brother Fortune Villa Type 160 spans a total area of 160 square meters, with a height ranging from 2.4 to 2.7 meters. The design project commenced in August 2016 and was completed in December 2017 in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, China.
