The inspiration for the design comes from the love of art and pure, beautiful forms. The limited, neutral color scheme is counterweighted with color coming from paintings, accessories, and flowers. The space was intended to stay elegant and sophisticated as time passes. Iconic furniture and lighting make this design complete and livable.
The Modern Palazzo design stands out with its unique properties and strengths. It seamlessly blends the public and private areas, creating a clear separation while maintaining a coherent image throughout the interior. The entrance hall, meticulously designed to be welcoming and impressive, sets the tone for the entire space. The private areas prioritize cosiness and functionality, ensuring that all family members feel comfortable and at ease.
The studio's trademark is the inclusion of iconic design and art in every room, regardless of its function. This attention to detail enhances the uniqueness and prestige of the design. The selection of furniture and accessories is carefully sourced, with iconic Italian pieces from Poliform, Gervasoni, and Antonio Lupi, and distinctive lighting from Catellani & Smith.
The Modern Palazzo design is not just visually stunning; it also functions as a family-friendly home. The clear separation of public and private spaces allows for comfortable living, while the mixed utility zone, including the kitchen, dining, and living areas, is designed to be welcoming and scalable for both larger gatherings and intimate family events.
The project was started and completed in 2014 in Warsaw. Before the design process, an in-depth pre-design interview was conducted with the client to understand their needs, requirements, and lifestyle. The studio's design solutions and product selections were 100% compliant with the client's demands and budget.
The main challenge of the Modern Palazzo design was to maintain a proper balance between the public and private areas while preserving the coherent image of the interior. The result is a harmonious space that exudes luxury and sophistication.
The Modern Palazzo design is a testament to the studio's commitment to creating a timeless style for its inhabitants. The entrance hall serves as the mission statement of the entire investment, impressing guests while providing a functional and welcoming space. The inclusion of accessories and art adds the final touch of elegance.
