STADTHOLZ's Wood Watch BERN is a testament to the designer's lifelong passion for wood. The journey began in childhood and evolved into the creation of wooden eyewear collections in 2009. Over the years, the collections have improved in terms of design and durability, leading to the creation of a high-quality wooden watch collection that stands unrivalled.

Each Wood Watch BERN is unique and handmade, equipped with a Swiss movement and sapphire glass for protection and perfection. The watches are made from the finest wood types, each piece hand-selected and treated to create a timeless piece. The watch's unique properties lie in its individuality, high-quality components, and the exquisite wood types used in its creation.

The watch is made from red sandalwood and real gold, with a butterfly closure adding to its elegance. The technical specifications of the watch include a width of 36mm, depth of 8mm, and height of 36mm. The watch displays the exact time and date, combining functionality with aesthetic appeal.

The design project began at the end of 2009 on the Atlantic coast of France and was completed in early 2016 in northern Germany, Bad Zwischenahn. The design process involved meticulous selection and treatment of the wood, with some steps supported by CNC routers. The greatest challenge was to create something new in the wristwatch sector and combine a high-quality movement with the material wood, while ensuring durability and wearability.

STADTHOLZ's Wood Watch BERN is part of the TIMELESS Collection, reflecting the brand's commitment to creating unique, timeless designs. The watch is patented under No 003294172-0002 by Stadtholz GmbH in 2016. The design was awarded the Golden A' Design Award in 2017, a testament to its outstanding design and trendsetting creation.
