CC Moment: A Western Restaurant Illuminated by the Warmth and Celebration of Candlelight

The main theme of the design is the candle, a symbol of life, warmth, and celebration. The designers were inspired by the way a single candle can light up others, spreading joy and happiness. This concept is reflected in the restaurant's color scheme, where black and yellow are used to represent darkness and candlelight, respectively. The contrast between these two colors enhances the prominence of the candlelight theme.

The restaurant features candle-like lights placed randomly around the space. Some are installed vertically on the ground to act as screens between tables, providing privacy. Others are hung upside down from the ceiling or installed horizontally from the wall. This arrangement allows customers to enjoy their meal surrounded by the warm glow of candlelight.

The floor pattern of the restaurant is a patchwork of marble and tile in different shades of grey, designed to mimic the flickering shadows of candlelight. This design element further enhances the candlelight theme and adds to the overall ambiance of the restaurant.

The restaurant also features two function rooms with loose furniture. This design choice allows for flexible arrangement and color matching according to the theme of the party. The restaurant covers an area of 449 square meters and is made using materials such as laminated glass, wire glass, marble, cement sand brick, stainless steel, and Formica plastic laminate.

One of the challenges faced by the designers was to present the theme of candles without merely placing real candles. Installing the candle-like lights was also a challenge due to their height of 1.5 meters. The lights had to be firmly installed to avoid accidents. Additionally, achieving the desired candlelight effect was difficult as the light had to be dim enough to imitate candlelight, yet bright enough to illuminate the restaurant.

The design has been recognized with the Silver A' Design Award, a testament to its creative, professional, and innovative design that showcases a remarkable level of excellence and introduces positive feelings, amazement, and wonder.
