Drawing inspiration from French spirit and aesthetics, the Shanghai CIFI Park Mansion Villa West, also known as Kot&Kalen, applies a modern approach to interpret and enrich its artistic sense.

The unique feature of this design lies in its magnificent confidence in its mixed style. It breaks away from the traditional, bringing new life to the modern French style. The design was realized using high-end brands like FENDI CASA and NATUZZI, further enhancing its luxurious appeal. The project, spanning an area of 480 square meters, was completed between March and June 2016 in Shanghai.

One of the most famous design associations in China invited leading developers to investigate the CIFI Western Villa on spot. The design was subsequently awarded 'The Best Villa of China', a testament to its innovative and exquisite design. The design exudes romance, elegance, and art, making it a true masterpiece.

The design of the daughter's room in the villa adds more artistic atmosphere instead of focusing on childishness. Macaron color is widely used, and crystal jewelry adds a pure sense of permeability. The line of furniture brings a modern art feeling. The design of the bar switches from French style to New York's Golden Age, blending black, white, gold, and coffee - the classic gentleman colors.

The Kot&Kalen project faced several creative and research challenges. However, the design team, led by Kot Ge, managed to overcome these hurdles, resulting in a design that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional. The project was awarded Silver in A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2017, a testament to its outstanding expertise and innovation.
