Enigma: A Multihousing Sculpture

A Unique Blend of Form and Function

Enigma Tower stands out with its ten carefully crafted apartments. The lower floors feature two apartments per level, while the upper floors boast duplex apartments with double-height spaces. Ranging from 112 to 294 square meters, these residences offer functional and spacious living areas, ensuring the utmost comfort for each resident.

The tower also includes an underground garage, housing the machine room and a cellar. On the ground level, a parking area and a stylish lobby provide access to the building. The seventh and final level features a roof garden and a common area, offering breathtaking views of the surroundings.

Enigma Tower's design incorporates a variety of finishes, including concrete walls, glass, and calacatta stone, creating a sense of spaciousness and luxury. The dimensions of the tower are 17.30 meters x 15.40 meters at the base, with a height of 27 meters.

Located in the burgeoning city of Puebla, Mexico, Enigma Tower is surrounded by vertical living and commerce, making it an ideal choice for young professionals seeking a vibrant lifestyle.

Designed by Fernando Valdez Lopez, Montserrat Azamar, and Victor Manuel Ayala, Enigma Tower is a testament to their creative vision and dedication to providing unique living spaces. The project was realized in the Boulevard Las Torres area of Puebla, Mexico.

The design process for Enigma Tower began with the abstraction of a sculpture, resulting in its distinctive and eye-catching form. The challenge was to create a visually appealing building that would attract young professionals, and the team successfully achieved this goal.

The Enigma Tower project was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2017 in the Architecture, Building, and Structure Design category.
