A Unique Titanium Wedding Band Set

Yana's Ring is not your average wedding band set. Made from Ti-6Vl-4V grade titanium, the rings feature a tension setting that was meticulously modeled in 3D CAD and machined using a multi-axis CNC milling center. This unique design allows the two rings to unite together when worn on the finger, creating a striking and cohesive look. However, the design also allows for either of the rings to be worn separately if desired, adding versatility to the set.

What sets Yana's Ring apart is not just its design, but also the choice of materials. The engagement ring is finished with a Black Diamond Coating, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication. The sparkle and shine come from ethically sourced Moissanite stones, ensuring that the beauty of the rings is matched by their ethical integrity.

Creating Yana's Ring was not without its challenges. The properties of titanium make it an ideal choice for a tension setting, but working with the material is no easy task. Jeremy had to source a reputable manufacturer with the expertise and experience to bring his design to life. After several weeks of design and development, along with additional time to find the right manufacturer, Yana's Ring became a reality.

When it comes to wearing Yana's Ring, there is a unique interaction involved. The two rings need to be nested together before slipping them onto the finger. Once worn, the middle wedding band will not fall from the set, nor will it fall from the finger when worn alone, despite the space at the top.
