We created an affectionate, bright and comfortable living container by utilizing diverse materials, displaying arts and combining gracious circulation with both natural and artificial light, creating an atmosphere of elegance for the integral space that immersed in the smell of nature.

Studio. Ho Design presents Living Container, a residential project that redefines the concept of a home. With a focus on transforming space into a living container filled with affection and elegant taste, this design offers an affectionate, bright, and comfortable living experience. By utilizing diverse materials, displaying art, and combining gracious circulation with both natural and artificial light, the designers have created an atmosphere of elegance that immerses residents in the beauty of nature.

The unique strength of Living Container lies in its maximization of public areas on spatial planning. The design opens up a joyful shared space for the family, where black walnut wood is used to match the ceiling and walls, creating a sleek and graceful ambiance. Soft furniture complements the space, presenting a sense of finesse and grace. In contrast, the master bedroom utilizes light walnut wood, imparting a cozy and relaxing atmosphere to the private space.

With a focus on functionality and aesthetics, Living Container is realized through the use of various materials such as black walnut, light walnut wood, veneer, wood floors, wallpaper, stainless steel, and glass. The combination of these elements creates a harmonious and visually stunning environment.

Spanning 242 square meters, Living Container offers ample space for residents to live and interact. The design promotes a sense of togetherness by setting up the living room, dining area, and kitchen in an open space. A reading area is strategically placed in the middle of the space, providing a sense of security and allowing for open-hearted, face-to-face conversations among family members.

Living Container is a testament to the meticulous research and creative problem-solving undertaken by Studio. Ho Design. Overcoming the challenge of catering to diverse preferences, the design strikes a balance between mature minimalism and vibrancy. The sleek circulation and natural materials cater to the preferences of male users, while round-edged, soft pieces in vibrant colors add liveliness and brightness for female users. The result is an integral space that combines both maturity and vibrancy, a gentle mixture of Yin and Yang.

Located in New Taipei City, Taiwan, Living Container is a testament to the innovative and sophisticated design approach of Studio. Ho Design. By creating a space that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, the design team has crafted a living container that offers a unique and elegant lifestyle experience.

Living Container has been recognized for its excellence in design, receiving the Iron A' Design Award in 2018. This prestigious award is given to well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements.
