Arch features cross-thick vertical and thick lines, with arc-shaped arches that add a touch of elegance to each character. The font is divided into three variations: the conventional body (Arch), the thin body (Arch High), and the bold version (Arch Black). To bring Arch to life, Chenglong Tao used vector software CorelDraw to design the letters, numbers, and punctuation. The font was then edited and finalized using FontlabStudio, ensuring precise sizing and spacing. The end result is an OpenType font that can be scaled according to the user's requirements.

Arch is not only visually appealing but also highly functional. As an OpenType font, it can be easily installed and used in various design projects. Its clean lines and distinct arches make it suitable for titles, slogans, and press release typesetting.

The Arch project began in June 2016 and was officially designed and completed in mid-July. Throughout the design process, Chenglong Tao faced the challenge of ensuring the font's style and composition maintained visual readability. By carefully coordinating the font style and the composition of words, sentences, and paragraphs, Arch achieves a harmonious balance between aesthetics and functionality.

Arch has received recognition for its exceptional design. In 2018, it was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Graphics, Illustration, and Visual Communication Design category. This prestigious award is given to designs that demonstrate innovation, practicality, and adherence to professional and industrial requirements.
