Incia Liquid Soap: A Stylish Packaging Design Reflecting Naturalness

Design by Musa Celik

Incia launched a new liquid soap series consisting of 100% natural ingredients. Packaging design alternatives that align with the brand's pure as nature motto were prepared.

The Incia Liquid Soap stands out from other products in the market with its unique properties and design. The soap contains no additives and offers superior cleaning performance without harming the skin flora. These features are reflected in the packaging design.

The bottle design highlights the soap's performance with asymmetric and masculine shoulder details, exuding a sense of strength and effectiveness. At the same time, the soft body form of the bottle creates a feeling of innocence and purity. The use of white color enhances the perception of purity and elegance.

To emphasize the naturalness of the product, a stylized leaf figure is applied to the bottle, adding an aesthetic touch. The design aims to create a connection between the product and nature, appealing to consumers who prioritize eco-friendly and natural products.

The packaging material used for the Incia Liquid Soap is polyethylene, ensuring durability and recyclability. The dimensions of the bottle are H: 17 cm, W: 8 cm, D: 2 cm, with a volume of 250 ml.

The design team, led by Musa Celik, conducted extensive research before starting the project. They collected and examined various samples of liquid soap packaging and bottle designs, studying the latest trends in the industry. This research provided a solid foundation for the design process, allowing the team to understand the competitors and identify the shortcomings in the category.

One of the main challenges of the project was to create a stylish packaging design that effectively communicated the product's 100% natural ingredients. The team successfully met this challenge by adopting a minimalist bottle design that reflects naturalness and purity.

The Incia Liquid Soap packaging design not only enhances the product's visual appeal but also adds beauty to bathrooms. The use of a ready-to-use pump ensures convenience and ease of use for consumers.

The project, which took place in Istanbul, Turkey, started in October 2016 and was completed in January 2017. The design has received recognition and was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Packaging Design category in 2018. This award acknowledges the design's practicality, innovation, and adherence to professional and industrial requirements.
