The Charm of Orient, designed by Ming-Sheng Liang, is a unique and captivating residence that combines modern aesthetics with traditional Chinese-courtyard characteristics. The delicate style of design displays Chinese-courtyard characteristics, which amaze people as if they were walking inside a modern palace. The exquisite orient idiosyncrasies are stunning, with glittering and shining elements that create an enchanting atmosphere.

The authentic wood grains, associated with the marble patterns, exemplify the energy of design style that the artistic elements intertwine profoundly and ultimately transform into the stories telling the affection for the designer. The classic decoration of ceilings reveals its genuine gracefulness, with refined trims that merge accordantly with the aesthetics of modern orient. The designer skillfully identifies distinctions between areas by centering them around a big public space, creating a sense of intimacy for the family sharing the same space.

The residence, located in Taoyuan City, Taiwan, covers an area of 120 square meters. It was completed in 2017 and showcases the designer's passion for contemporary Asian aesthetics. The lights and shades spread throughout the space, resembling dashing inks that manifest the oriental allure. The design plan successfully captures the spirit of the eastern world through extinguishing decorations such as art paintings and plants, which symbolize the invigorating strength of life.

The Charm of Orient has received recognition for its exceptional design. It was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2018 in the category of Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design. This prestigious award is given to well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements. The residence is respected for integrating industry best practices and competent technical characteristics, providing fulfillment and positive feelings, and contributing to a better world.
