The Sanya Huahao Yalong Place is a unique project that stands out for its soulful outlook at the spiritual totem and elaborate performance of building ancient architecture with new design approaches. From magnificence to pristine and refined beauty, from grandeur and solemnity to brightness and touching, their integration has created a harmonious spatial ambiance.

Under the dignified roof of this 1500 square meters project area, an elegant space exists. The luxury temperament of the furnishings cannot be concealed by their pristine appearance. Classic romance emerges from the innermost recesses of their souls, reinforcing the noble and refined lifestyle.

The project, started in 2016 in Sanya, China, and finished in July 2017, covers a gross site area of around 730 Mu (equivalent to 120 acres). It consists of Chinese courtyard villas, high-end apartment buildings, a feature shopping arcade, and a five-star hot spring hotel. The designer is committed to creating a famous resort destination and hereditable family asset.

Guangzhou Basic Design Co., Ltd faced creative, technical, and research challenges in the realization of this project. However, they successfully granted old traditions a young heroic spirit, introduced rhythms of nature, and stretched across thousands of miles to produce magnificence and elegance of space.

The Sanya Huahao Yalong Place was awarded Golden in A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2018.
