Sharing Feast: A Luxurious Business Lounge

A Relaxing and Exclusive Space for Employees

Sharing Feast is a stunning business lounge designed by Chin-Feng Wu and Chih-Sheng Fan. Inspired by ancient oriental royal banquets, this project aims to create a relaxing and healing space for employees while showcasing the exclusive brand value of the enterprise.

The designers incorporated a mirror design to transform the low-ceiling condition into a multiple layer effect. Modern materials such as embossed leather, rusty mirror, stainless steel, the finest silks, and marble stone were used to demonstrate luxury, glory, and richness. The ceiling and walls, designed in a honeycomb shape, integrate the overall spatial design. The scene arrangement, sensual enjoyment, and entertaining design truly embody the spirit of the enterprise.

Sharing Feast stands out with its unique properties and strengths. It focuses on reception, friendship, and wine tasting, aiming to build welfare facilities for the enterprise. The concept behind the design is to create a space that not only provides relaxation and healing for employees but also showcases the exclusive brand value of the enterprise. The mysterious three-color schemes of black, blue, and gold, inspired by ancient oriental royal banquets, add a touch of elegance and sophistication to the lounge.

The realization of the design involved the use of customized titanium coated iron pieces, rusted mirrors, black mirrors, marbles, laser cutting, imported leather, and wall cloth. The attention to detail and the choice of materials contribute to the luxurious and high-end atmosphere of the lounge.

Spanning 244 square meters, Sharing Feast offers a spacious and inviting environment for employees and guests. The design team, consisting of Chin-Feng Wu and Chih-Sheng Fan, carefully considered the spatial layout, focusing on reception, friendship, and wine tasting. The design pillars of scene, quality, style, and uniqueness were incorporated to create an unforgettable experience for visitors.

The project, which started in September 2016 in Taipei, Taiwan, was completed in January 2017 and exhibited in February 2017. Throughout the design process, extensive research was conducted to ensure that the design aligned with the client's corporate spirit. The repetition of hexagons seamlessly connected together represents the continuous development and sustainable operation of the enterprise.

Despite the challenges posed by the low room height and the need to accommodate various pipes and circuits, the design team overcame these obstacles by selecting lightweight, thin, and extra-strength materials. Soundproof blankets were used in the construction of light partition walls to reduce echo and noise. The bathroom tiles, following a black and white theme, added a touch of artistic design to the space. Mirrors were strategically placed to enhance the natural lighting and create a more spacious atmosphere.

Sharing Feast has received recognition for its exceptional design. It was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2018. This prestigious award is given to designs that are well-designed, practical, and innovative, meeting professional and industrial requirements. Sharing Feast stands out for its integration of industry best practices, competent technical characteristics, and its contribution to a better world.
