The use of special materials such as Portor Gold and coffee-cream marble adds to the distinctiveness of the project. These materials, along with the overall design, create a sense of elegance and sophistication.

The Gemdale Yangyun sales office covers an area of 600 square meters. It is located in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province and took approximately two months to complete construction.

The design team faced challenges in meeting the requirements of simplicity while retaining a sense of quality. Careful selection of materials was crucial in achieving this balance.

The sales office serves as a platform for customers to gain a deeper understanding of the newly constructed buildings and houses. Visitors can view the overall construction plan and interact with sales managers to address any inquiries or make purchases.

In line with the concept of the new Chinese style, the Gemdale Yangyun sales office aims to strike a balance between local customs and the expectations of people seeking a comfortable life. The Gemdale Yangyun sales office was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2019.
