Both buildings in The Light House have an orthogonal design, allowing for modular construction. This not only expedites the construction process but also minimizes the impact on the surrounding area. The Light House project concept started in November 2017, and since then, it has garnered recognition and accolades. In 2018, it was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building, and Structure Design category. This prestigious award recognizes designs that exhibit strong technical and creative skills while contributing to quality of life improvements.
