The building, located in Beijing, China, stands tall with its five floors, each revealing specific features through color embellishments. The long and narrow structure is divided horizontally, showcasing square layouts that add a touch of elegance to the design.
The uniqueness of the Four Seasons design lies in its ability to bring the beauty of nature indoors. The first floor features a courtyard landscaping design, complete with a Chinese-style corridor and a Japanese-style rock garden. The adjacent conference room boasts a round window that perfectly frames the captivating courtyard scene, showcasing the designer's exceptional skill in borrowing scenery.
As you ascend to the upper floors, you'll find yourself immersed in the essence of each season. The second floor, inspired by the Chinese pavilion, features a wooden ceiling design adorned with dark wood veneers and vivid red accents, creating a warm and vibrant atmosphere reminiscent of summer.
The third floor is a banquet hall that exudes the rejuvenation and vitality of spring. The space is extensively decorated with grey-green accents, metal lines, and soft outfits, symbolizing the resurrection of life and the prosperity of the season.
On the fourth floor, an art exhibition owned by the company chairman takes center stage. The ridge ceiling, composed of yellow bamboo poles, not only adds a touch of elegance but also resolves structural issues. Stone beasts representing the Azure Dragon, Vermilion Bird, White Tiger, and Black Turtle adorn the symmetrical wall niches, announcing the traditional Chinese auspicious spirit.
The final floor is dedicated to the winter season. An audiovisual room with a ceiling reminiscent of the night sky creates a captivating ambiance. An exquisite chandelier reflects chilling lights on the table and seats, adding a touch of sophistication to the space.
The Four Seasons design is a testament to the designer's meticulous attention to detail and creative vision. It seamlessly blends art, architecture, and nature to create a truly unique and exclusive club experience. The project was completed in January 2018 and has since garnered recognition, winning the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in 2019.
