The Two Spirit Project draws its inspiration from a patterned fabric found in the 2018 Arapahos Collection by La Maison Pierre Frey. The pattern was redesigned by Solomozis and Syrimis to incorporate elements from Native American culture, providing a rich and diverse cultural background to work with. The aim of the project is to emphasize the importance of respecting diversity and honoring the ethics and traditions of Native Americans.

What sets the Two Spirit Project apart is its ability to transform any space it occupies. The combination of soft materials like velvet with hard-technical ones suitable for outdoor use creates a unique juxtaposition. Each product in the lounge area, from the modular sofa to the benches and tent, is designed to stand alone and be fully functional, while also working together harmoniously to create a captivating atmosphere.

The realization of the Two Spirit Project involved collaboration with La Maison Pierre Frey to customize the fabric and production. The frames, foams, and wood used in the products were all custom-designed and sized. The result is a collection of furniture and decor that is both visually striking and practical.

The Two Spirit Project was exhibited at the 100% Hotel Show in Athens in November 2018. The project took four months to complete, from July to November 2018. Throughout the design process, extensive research was conducted on Native American culture, their way of life, and their symbolizations. The challenge was to blend this rich culture with contemporary materials and create products that are both useful and unique in today's lifestyle.

The Two Spirit Project was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Hospitality, Recreation, Travel, and Tourism Design category in 2019. This award recognizes well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements. The Two Spirit Project stands out for its integration of industry best practices and competent technical characteristics, providing fulfillment and positive feelings to its users.
