The design of Sunning Xi'an High-tech Zone is infused with high-tech art installations, showcasing the innovative spirit of the brand. The self-invented facade materials and high-tech lighting system effectively maximize the influence of Suning's brand, creating a visually striking and immersive experience for visitors.

The architectural design of the mall blurs the boundary between indoor and outdoor spaces, with a smooth and direct circulation, terraces, sunken plaza, and sky garden. This multi-layered environment creates a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere that appeals to the young generation of consumers in the district.

With a total area of 324,264 square meters, Sunning Xi'an High-tech Zone offers a diverse range of retail, entertainment, and leisure options. From high-end fashion boutiques to cutting-edge technology showcases, the mall caters to the varied interests and needs of its visitors.

PH Alpha Design, led by Dr. Ping Xu, Architectural Design Director, and Mr. Clive Chow, Project Director, successfully overcame the challenge of merging historical elements with a contemporary commercial character. Their innovative approach and attention to detail have resulted in a design that seamlessly integrates the past and present, creating a unique and captivating space.

Sunning Xi'an High-tech Zone has received recognition for its excellence in design. In 2019, it was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building, and Structure Design category. This prestigious award honors well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements.
