Holystone Recruitment: A Refreshing Visual Identity for Campus Job Fairs

Transforming the Electronic Industry with a Young and Humorous Design

Holystone, a leading electronic component provider in Taiwan, has embarked on a mission to revamp its recruitment strategy and image for campus job fairs. With the help of design firm Triangler Co., Ltd., they have created a brand new visual identity that stands out from competitors and attracts top talent.

Triangler Co., Ltd. has taken Holystone's recruiting activity as an opportunity to develop a unique brand identity that will extend over the next few years. The design team has incorporated Holystone's products and values into the visual elements, showcasing the company's strength and unique technology to graduates.

The visual identity includes a logo, posters, shirts, documents, booth decorations, pamphlets, and gifts, all designed to create a strong attraction for potential recruits. The use of piling square elements made with Holystone's products adds a distinctive touch, while the characters with big eyes wide open symbolize the search for talented individuals, just like searching for treasures under the sea.

Using geometric elements and modern techniques, Triangler has successfully created a younger corporate image that appeals to college students. The visual design is applied to various materials such as booth signs, flags, banners, leaflets, folders, stickers, and interactive games, making Holystone easily recognizable and memorable at recruitment fairs.

The project was completed in 2018 in Taipei, Taiwan, and the same visual design has been applied for annual campus recruitments in 2019 and 2020. The design team conducted thorough research, visiting Holystone's factory to gain a complete understanding of their production process. This allowed them to transform production steps and products into a flat design that aligns with the company's young and humorous approach.

One of the main challenges faced by Triangler was breaking away from the rational and technological impression typically associated with the electronic industry. By infusing humor and youthfulness into the design, they were able to create a refreshing visual image that sets Holystone apart from its competitors.

The Holystone Recruitment visual identity has garnered recognition and acclaim, receiving the Bronze A' Design Award in 2020 in the Graphics, Illustration, and Visual Communication Design category. This prestigious award is bestowed upon designs that demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, and a commitment to improving quality of life through art, science, design, and technology.

With its eye-catching design and unique approach, Holystone Recruitment has successfully captured the attention of university students and positioned itself as a desirable employer in the competitive job market.
