The design's distinctiveness lies in its spatial layout and choice of materials. The sand plate area, an independent space, is designed to meet project display requirements. The use of walnut wood grille in a vertical staggered array with retro matte bricks lends a sense of retro quietness to the space. The cultural and creative area, too, features extensive use of walnut wood, dark retro matte bricks, and vertical metal bars, creating a deep, retro ambiance.

The realization of this design involved environmentally friendly techniques. The white art installation, for instance, is cast with environmentally friendly pulp injection molding. The pouring model is a coffee appliance, with the black aluminum plate in the middle printing the coffee theme, illustrating the process of turning a coffee bean into a cup of coffee.

Spanning 1425 square meters, the sales center is a testament to the beauty of materials and the principle of modernist restraint. The design uses the vertical structure to adjust the space's rhythm, with the interlacing and interlacing of delicate metal strips breaking the space's surface texture and forming a texture contrast with wood and stone.
