Studio Arch Pro, known for their innovative and sophisticated designs, has once again impressed with their latest project, Lypky. This luxurious penthouse, located in a new multi-apartment complex, showcases the team's talent for creating stunning interiors.

The focal point of the penthouse is the hall with two tiers of windows, which serves as the compositional center of the apartment. From there, one is led to the spacious living room with panoramic windows, offering breathtaking views of the surroundings.

What sets Lypky apart from other designs is the careful consideration given to the division of space. The team aimed to create areas for common access, such as the hall, living area, kitchen, and home cinema, while also providing secluded spaces for privacy and relaxation. To achieve this, the second level of the apartment was joined, resulting in technical complexities that required additional engineering calculations. The end result was the creation of an atrium space, which not only adds visual interest but also shapes the overall appearance of the penthouse.

When it comes to materials, Studio Arch Pro opted for natural elements with soft tints and textures. Marble, with its various colors and radial pattern, plays a significant role in uniting the space of the first floor and serves as the compositional axis of the entire penthouse. Crystal cascading chandeliers and vertical onyx inserts add decorative accents and further enhance the atrium space. The combination of American walnut parquet and silk carpets brings comfort and warmth to the living area.

Lypky spans an impressive 354 square meters, providing ample space for luxurious living. The design embodies the epitome of elegance and sophistication, making it a true masterpiece in the world of interior design.
