Exhibition Center of Nam Kwong Building: A Fusion of Culture and Aesthetics

The design team drew inspiration from the cultural and historical precipitation and the memory of the vertical forest, presenting an elegant indifference metropolitan style. The atmosphere is dominated by bronze metallic color and cold tones. The different levels tranquility, which is embellished by art dynamics, to be meticulously designed to implement the overall space with an atmosphere of modern urban and environmentally-friendly aesthetics.

What sets this design apart is its exploration of culture and aesthetics through the exhibition center of Hengqin Nam Kwong building in Zhuhai. The design team pursued the beauty of green aesthetics while also focusing on the business experience of a modern complex urban. The interior style, based on the experience of culture and memory’s nature atmosphere, connects personality with dynamic decoration and sets up an interesting space with proactive quality.

The design realization technology is another unique aspect of this project. Blue grey, grey oak pattern veneer and bronze metallic color interweave with different textures and materials. A number of forest plants intersperse with black stainless steel lines, and the materials and colors are transitional and connected with each other. Through different textures and colors, the memory is gradually implanted between conflict and softness.

The Exhibition Center of Nam Kwong Building covers approximately 950 square meters. When customers visit the exhibition center, they can follow the sales staff to check the Nam Kwong project in the sand table, or they can enjoy it in the negotiation area or VIP reception. The project started in August 2018 and finished in September 2019 in Zhuhai.

The design team faced several challenges during the realization of this project. They had to respond to the memory with the color inspiration brought by the nature and the texture brought by the bronze metal, and intersperse it into every detail of the 'cultural memory of vertical forest'. Memory is the continuation of color, the extension of texture and the bond of heart. It is only for the purpose of creating the impressive 'cultural memory of vertical forest'.

This design was awarded Silver in A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2020. These designs, admired for their strong technical characteristics and splendid artistic skill, showcase a remarkable level of excellence and introduce positive feelings, amazement, and wonder.
