An artificially designed lifestyle is for the endeavors in creating a better state of life. This design project is a waterfront landscape residence with blessed advantages, not only does the design correspond to the riverside, but it further offers a visual smoothness, symbolizing the casual hours as leisurable as in the lake with shimmering water like a dream and illusion, such that one may taste the sweetness of every day here. Home, the symbol presenting the owner's personality and essential life mechanism, is a place spilled with the genuine spirit of humanity.

Being a platinum-grade residential application project, the selection of materials must conform to the grade and specs of green renovation, allowing the residents to live in a healthy environment, healthy, natural, and sustainable. Therefore, all spaces are integrated into the design, incorporating simple design elements, allowing the lights and shadows of the waterfront to accompany the users for everyday life. The apartment is 267.7 square meters.

At the beginning of the design, since the layout of the house is not of traditional arrangement, in general, and all bedroom circulations are located in the public space, hence it was a great ordeal in the aspect of design on how to make it a part of the design elements and to extend the vision via this while combining the landscapes.

The project finished in September 2019 and is located in Taoyuan City, Taiwan. Moreover, the spatial ambience demonstrated with the modern trend is embellished with the design vocabularies of light wood and marble materials, such that the mutual conversation between the different materials and the emotional communication between family members exist within, transforming into a close family language in the house.

This design was awarded Iron in A' Design Award in 2020. Iron A' Design Award is awarded to well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements.
