Ecological Journey Gift Box: A Blend of Art, Nature, and Sustainability

Pufine Advertising Ltd.Co.'s Award-Winning Design Celebrates Nature and Cultural Heritage

The Ecological Journey Gift Box is more than just a container for honey. It's a celebration of nature, a tribute to cultural heritage, and a call for environmental protection. Pufine Advertising Ltd.Co. drew inspiration from the natural "Ecological Journey" of bees in the Shennongjia reserve, using them as "nature guides" to highlight the importance of caring for our homeland.

The design stands out for its use of traditional Chinese folk art form paper-cut to depict the local natural ecology and five endangered first-class protected animals. It's not just about selling honey, but also about promoting local culture and the natural environment. The design aims to awaken a sense of responsibility to protect nature and culture, emphasizing the theme of ecological and environmental protection.

The packaging materials used for the gift box align with the product's natural and environmental characteristics. The designers opted for a slightly rough texture of the original ring of wood paper, enhancing the overall ecological feel of the design. The gift box measures 300mm in length, 220mm in width, and 80mm in height.

The Ecological Journey Gift Box is not just visually appealing but also functional. It serves as a local geographical identification product with high collection and gift value. After enjoying the honey, the outer box can be used as an exquisite storage box, and the glass jar can store small objects for reuse, promoting the concept of sustainability.

The design was completed in 2019 and won the gold prize of "Hubei Geographical Indication Product Contest" at the Wuhan International Design Biennial. The project was a collaboration between designer Xiang Shasha, Creative Director Zhang Yanhui, Customer Service Director Zhou Xiaoli, and illustrator Tong Meng.
