Junlong Yuan and Juan Wang's Award-Winning Design Inspired by the Yellow River

The design of the Greenland International Expo City is a testament to the creativity and ingenuity of its designers, Junlong Yuan and Juan Wang. The inspiration for the design came from Jinan's famous landscapes, including Mount Tai, the Yellow River, and Baotu Spring. The designers aimed to create a space that fuses Oriental culture with the beauty of natural landscapes, resulting in a unique and poetic space.

The Greenland International Expo City was realized using a variety of materials, including wood carving, art painting, large art installations, marble background walls, bronze, and stone carving. The space covers an area of 7000 square meters and serves as a sales center. The design team also included Zhaohui Huang and Dongwei Gao, who contributed to the project's success.

The design faced several challenges, including arranging the super aluminum grating structure and patterns of auspicious clouds. This was a technical experiment and breakthrough for the team.
