The design, inspired by the Yellow River and famous landscapes in Jinan, China, is a unique blend of traditional charm and modern art. This article explores the design's unique properties, realization technology, and the challenges faced during its creation.

The design of the Greenland International Expo City is a testament to the creativity and ingenuity of its designers, Junlong Yuan and Juan Wang. The inspiration for the design came from Jinan's famous landscapes, including Mount Tai, the Yellow River, and Baotu Spring. The designers aimed to create a space that fuses Oriental culture with the beauty of natural landscapes, resulting in a unique and poetic space.

What sets this design apart is its integration of the flow of the Yellow River and the flexibility of lines, giving the space a sense of coherence. The functional divisions within the space connect with each other, achieving an abstract aesthetic. The main hues of elegant brown and plain wooden color form an integration of Oriental charm and modern art, creating a captivating spirit.

The Greenland International Expo City was realized using a variety of materials, including wood carving, art painting, large art installations, marble background walls, bronze, and stone carving. The space covers an area of 7000 square meters and serves as a sales center. The design team also included Zhaohui Huang and Dongwei Gao, who contributed to the project's success.

The design faced several challenges, including arranging the super aluminum grating structure and patterns of auspicious clouds. This was a technical experiment and breakthrough for the team. Additionally, a super-large LED screen was used in the lobby to simulate the image of the Yellow River running through the space, adding a sense of technology and shock to the design.

The Greenland International Expo City is a testament to the designers' ability to fuse traditional elements with modern design techniques. The project, which started and finished in June 2019 in Jinan, was awarded the Golden A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2020. This award is granted to marvelous, outstanding, and trendsetting creations that reflect the designer's prodigy and wisdom.

In conclusion, the Greenland International Expo City is a unique blend of Oriental charm and modern art, a design that truly reflects the beauty of Jinan's landscapes. The design's unique properties, realization technology, and the challenges faced during its creation are a testament to the creativity and ingenuity of its designers, Junlong Yuan and Juan Wang.
