Aristocratic Palace: A Blend of Eastern and Western Aesthetics

Creating an Exquisite and Comfortable Residential Space

The Aristocratic Palace, designed by James Yen, seamlessly integrates the classic aesthetic elements of Eastern and Western cultures. Through the use of natural materials, changing light and shadow, elegant line elements, and a variety of functional features, this residence offers an exquisite and comfortable living space for its future residents. With its unique design and attention to detail, the Aristocratic Palace stands out as a true masterpiece.

The Aristocratic Palace sets itself apart from other designs by expertly combining the classic aesthetic factors of Eastern and Western cultures. The clever use of grilles, light, and shadow creates a beautiful play of penetration and rhythm throughout the house. The addition of black lines at each junction adds a touch of fashion to the design. The layout and furnishings reflect the taste and temperament of the client, with the living room adorned with a stunning flower and bird wallpaper, complemented by a marble TV wall, creating a gorgeous and noble image.

The realization of the Aristocratic Palace involved the use of various materials, including marble, iron parts, wooden work, blue glass, imported wallpaper, and solid wood flooring. These carefully selected materials contribute to the overall elegance and luxury of the design.

With an interior size of approximately 228.1 square meters, the Aristocratic Palace features a well-thought-out pattern layout that includes an entryway, living room, dining room, kitchen, study, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Every aspect of the design has been meticulously planned to provide both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

The designer, James Yen, and Ting-Yu Chen worked together to bring the Aristocratic Palace to life. Their collaboration and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of the design was executed flawlessly.

In terms of functionality, the Aristocratic Palace incorporates sustainable and eco-friendly practices. Green building materials were chosen, including recyclable and compostable materials, to reduce waste and promote environmental consciousness. The large windows in the house allow for ample natural light, reducing the need for electrical energy consumption.

The Aristocratic Palace was completed in January 2019 in Taipei, Taiwan. The design is a result of extensive research and combines the aesthetic factors of Eastern and Western cultures. By integrating humanity and art in the space design, the Aristocratic Palace creates a fashionable and elegant atmosphere.

Despite the challenges of incorporating Oriental style and fashionable colors into the space, the design team successfully overcame budget limitations and completed the construction within a limited timeframe. The result is a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality.

The Aristocratic Palace has been recognized for its excellence and innovation. It was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2021 in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This prestigious award is given to designs that meet professional and industrial requirements, showcasing practicality, innovation, and integration of industry best practices. The Aristocratic Palace truly embodies these qualities, contributing to a better world through its exceptional design.
