An Ode to Light and Shadows

The inspiration for Ca'n Rudayla comes from the monolithic interior, which creates a captivating play of shadows and light. This interplay generates a one-of-a-kind projection, turning the house into an ode to light. The influence of natural light and the lighting projection give different skins to the same room, transitioning smoothly from natural light to extreme color chromatics, transforming the character and appearance of the house at will.

One of the standout features of Ca'n Rudayla is its adaptability to the surrounding terrain. The volume of the house seamlessly integrates with the geometry of the land, creating a harmonious relationship between the structure and its environment. The interior of the house is characterized by its neatness and delicacy, with continuous wall coverings that give it a monolithic appearance. This design choice allows the other interior elements to stand out and be appreciated in their full glory.

Spanning 300 square meters over two floors, Ca'n Rudayla offers ample space for comfortable living. The project was realized using state-of-the-art technology and meticulous attention to detail. The result is a dwelling that exudes sophistication and elegance.

Ca'n Rudayla was completed in 2020 after a year-long project that started in 2019. The location of Ibiza adds a touch of magic to the design, with its defile providing a unique backdrop for this exceptional dwelling.
