Inspired by the concept of living harmoniously with nature, Cheng Hao Wang has created a unique living space that embraces the beauty of the surrounding environment. The use of natural materials, such as timber, marble, and leather, combined with artistic craftsmanship, gives this apartment an atmosphere that is both trendy and close to nature.

Situated along the coast of the Tamsui River, this apartment not only offers breathtaking views but also a sense of calm and coziness. With the integration of an artificial intelligence home system, it goes beyond conventional expectations, making it smarter than ever imagined. The wireless smart home system allows residents to control various functions through voice commands, making it convenient for everyday living.

One of the main challenges in this design was seamlessly connecting different materials and integrating them into the smart home system. Cheng Hao Wang successfully achieved this by carefully selecting materials and ensuring they complemented each other. The combination of concrete, glass, wood, marble, and metal, along with imitated marbles and other materials, creates a visually stunning and cohesive aesthetic.

Furthermore, the apartment features modern technology, concealed lighting, and a color palette dominated by cool gray and white tones. The use of curved furniture, metal luster, and stone accents adds a touch of elegance and sophistication.

With the Fibaro Wireless Smart Home and Home Automation system at its core, this design offers a seamless and intuitive user experience. Residents can easily control lighting, curtains, and other functions through voice commands or the HomePod receiver, which is integrated with an artificial intelligence system.

Cheng Hao Wang's design not only provides a comfortable and luxurious living space but also promotes sustainability. By using imitated materials, the design minimizes its environmental impact while still delivering a high-quality aesthetic experience.

This project, located in Taipei, started in July 2020 and was completed in October 2020. It is now ready for sale, offering a unique living experience that combines the best of modern technology and the beauty of nature.

Cheng Hao Wang's innovative design has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2021. This prestigious accolade celebrates designs that demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, and a commitment to improving quality of life through art, science, design, and technology.
