Zoina Joy Town: A Modern and Natural Sales Office

Bringing Together Nature and Urban Style

This case is located in Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang, known as the "City of the Heart of Asia". According to local conditions, the project refines elements such as Tianshan Tianchi, Nanshan Pasture, Silk Road, and extracts international architectural styles to create a marketing center with a modern urban style at the intersection of Henan Road and Changsha Road.

The Zoina Joy Town sales office, designed by Chunlei Sun and his team, is a unique and captivating space that seamlessly blends nature and modern urban style. Spanning 3000 square meters, this sales office stands out with its natural and simple design, creating a sense of mystery within its seemingly peaceful environment.

The sense of ritual begins from the moment visitors step into the pre-reception space. Warm gray stone and the natural texture of logs and metal adorn the interior structure, creating a harmonious and inviting atmosphere. The stone reception counter, complemented by an art screen, adds a touch of flexibility and natural beauty to the space.

The design team utilized a variety of materials to bring their vision to life. Marble, wood veneer, stainless steel, leather, and wall coverings were carefully selected to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space.

One of the standout features of the Zoina Joy Town sales office is its ability to create a sense of interaction and engagement. Snow-capped ornaments reminiscent of winter Tianchi and glass artworks with a blurred charm of time envelop the space, creating a quiet and humanistic atmosphere. The historical style and the modern city's fashion sense seamlessly complement each other, resulting in a unique and captivating environment.

The design team faced several challenges during the creation of this sales office. Balancing the horizontal and vertical elements of the space was crucial to achieving a harmonious atmosphere. The sand area, spread out horizontally like a Tianchi, is adorned with strip-shaped transparent lighting resembling ice crystals. These elements blend with the vertical metal lines, creating a balanced and composed space.

The circular pool at the entrance, inspired by the charm of Tianchi, features swimming fish and a fish-shaped pendant, adding a natural aura to the space. The metal lines and the earth-toned stone background showcase the cleanliness and stability of the environment. Transparent lighting adds a touch of agility, providing visitors with a relaxing and comfortable experience.

The Zoina Joy Town sales office is not only a visually stunning space but also a functional one. Cloudy and flowing carpet patterns combined with streamlined sofa combinations create a relaxed atmosphere for negotiations. The plain sofa fabric, outlined with curved golden lines, exudes a hint of low-key elegance and tasteful business atmosphere.

Designed by Chunlei Sun and his team, the Zoina Joy Town sales office is a testament to their creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail. This project, which started in January 2020 and was completed in August 2020 in Wulumuqi, showcases the seamless integration of nature and modern urban style.

The Zoina Joy Town sales office has been recognized for its outstanding design and creativity. It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2021. This prestigious award honors designs that exhibit strong technical and creative skills, contributing to improvements in quality of life.
