A Non-Decorative Sales Center by Wen-Ching Wu

This design by Wen-Ching Wu is a sales center that aims to highlight a deeper architectural vocabulary with a non-decorative appearance. The designer abandons the direct statement of a specific image and instead builds an introverted visual sense of the entrance using familiar techniques and accumulated experience. The appearance frames the space structure in a simple form, creating a unique and masculine aesthetic.

The project, located in Taiwan, covers an area of 661 square meters. It is a model home that showcases the designer's precise intuition of color and texture. The space is interpreted in a modern art style, combining masculine and delicate elements. The use of color and texture creates a surprise and generous vibe, which can be appreciated in the subtleties of the design. The overall effect is exquisite and restrained, showcasing the unique delicateness and gentleness of a woman.

In line with current environmental protection issues and sustainable development, the design prioritizes the use of green building materials. Recycled eco-friendly building materials and good quality materials are chosen to reduce the impact on nature and minimize construction costs. This approach not only benefits the environment but also ensures the well-being of the residents.

Natural ventilation and lighting are also emphasized to improve indoor comfort and meet the requirements of the space. The design takes into account the importance of creating a harmonious coexistence between people and the environment, cherishing everything nature has to offer.

Wen-Ching Wu's Slender and Masculine design was completed in April 2020 and has received recognition for its excellence. It was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2021. This prestigious award is given to well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements. The design is respected for integrating industry best practices and competent technical characteristics, providing fulfillment and positive feelings, and contributing to a better world.
