Golden Times: A Luxurious Residential House

A Home Designed for Artistic Beauty and Multinational Elegance

A home designed for the male host of a cross-border artist and the hostess of a professional manager who assists the company to go public with artistic design style, multinational mix and match beauty, and relaxation everywhere. The design of this residential house takes the male master's studio as the visual focus, using gold and rose gold imitation titanium panels to create a sense of luxury. Black and gray tones are used to create a steady atmosphere, while white is used to create a spacious and bright mansion atmosphere.

The main construction project of this residence is carpentry, with natural stone and large tiles used for the flooring. Wall coverings are used to shape the foundation of the luxurious residence. Thin iron pieces are used as eastern sliding doors and screens for storing and displaying oil paintings. Imitation titanium iron pieces are used as decorative elements, while metal enamel boards shape the atmosphere of the guest room in the Buddha hall. Custom-made eastern-style sliding screens create flexible compartments for guests to stay temporarily.

This residential house spans 84 square meters and features a length of 2027cm, a width of 1840cm, and a height of 275cm. From the original rough house with exposed water pipes and air-conditioning pipes, the design transformed it into a compartment with a year of meticulous decoration. A public bathroom was knocked out to make space for storing oil paintings.

The design of this house is characterized by its artistic style, multinational beauty, and relaxation everywhere. The Buddha hall and guest room feature the image of oriental ice cracks, while the modern streamlined grille-shaped studio complements the eastern and western aesthetics. An Italian restaurant with mosaic domes, neoclassical chandeliers, and marble tables adds a touch of European elegance. The master bedroom is designed in a European style, with wall cloth decorated with an imitation titanium frame and a circular sunroof that fills the room with natural light. The Buddhist hall not only serves as a space for daily practice but also provides temporary accommodation for guests. The storage room can be pulled out for display, showcasing its versatility.

This project started in March 2020 in Chu Pei outside of Taipei city and was completed in April 2021. The residence is located at No. 432, Section 2 East, Guangming 6th Road, Zhubei City, Hsinchu County, just a 5-minute walk from the Zhubei High-Speed Rail Auto Show.

The design of this residential house was driven by the desire to create a home with artistic design style, multinational mix and match beauty, and relaxation everywhere. The result is a paradise on earth, where guests can experience beauty, relaxation, and wealth at every turn.

This design was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2022. The award recognizes well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements. The Golden Times residential house stands out for its integration of industry best practices, competent technical characteristics, and its contribution to a better world.
