Marsmarch: Revolutionizing Hotel Delivery with M-Robot

Beijing Zhiqian Technology Co., Ltd. Unveils a Multi-Cabin Robot for Efficient, Contactless Delivery

Traditional hotel delivery services have been plagued by inefficiencies and high costs. Manual delivery of hotel supplies is not only expensive but also time-consuming. Existing delivery robots, while a step in the right direction, suffer from low delivery efficiency due to inadequate cabinets and low intelligence. Enter Marsmarch, a smart robot designed to address these issues and redefine the hotel delivery landscape.

The M-Robot is a modular multi-cabin robot, equipped with nine cabins that can accommodate a variety of items. This design allows for real-time optimal route planning and multi-order continuous delivery, a first in the industry. The robot can also retrieve takeout from storage cabinets and deliver it to rooms, providing a completely contactless delivery process.

Beijing Zhiqian Technology Co., Ltd. has utilized eco-friendly plastics in the construction of the M-Robot. The surface of the robot is treated with a spray painting process and primary colour casting, supplemented by four resistant processes. The modular cabinets and some components can be used universally, reducing the need for repeated diesinking. The use of mature technology for the development and production of its specialized chassis significantly reduces production development costs.

The M-Robot can be used for swarm collaboration via a multi-task concurrent scheduling system. It can also be connected to the hotel's intelligent service chain, allowing users to place orders through mini-programs or call the front desk. The robot can also be used with multi-cabin take-out storage cabinets, enabling it to pick up and deliver food independently.

The M-Robot was designed and developed in Beijing, China, in September 2021 and was available for sale in China by March 2021. The design was inspired by the need to reduce the use of plastic in the hotel industry and the demand for contactless delivery services in the wake of Covid-19. The M-Robot addresses these needs, offering a sustainable and efficient solution for hotel delivery services.

This innovative design has not gone unnoticed. The M-Robot was awarded the Silver in A' Robotics, Automaton and Automation Design Award in 2022, a testament to its outstanding expertise and innovation. The award is given to top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that illustrate a remarkable level of excellence and introduce positive feelings, amazement, and wonder.
