The Urban Taste Residence is located in a trendy neighborhood in the heart of Nanchang City, China. This exquisite single apartment is designed to be a stylish and upscale private residence, offering its owner a spiritual and aesthetic haven. The concise and transparent layout of the interior space ensures a seamless circulation, while the strategic use of glass partitions creates a sense of virtual and real views.

The design team, led by Lei Fu, utilized a range of materials to bring this vision to life. Laminate flooring, glass bricks, latex paint, natural marble, stone, and metal were carefully selected to enhance the modern style and create a luxurious atmosphere within the limited space of the 63-square-meter apartment.

One of the key features of the Urban Taste Residence is the table and glass partition that connect the living room and bedroom, creating a transparent and open space. This design element not only enhances the visual appeal but also promotes a sense of unity throughout the residence.

The project, which commenced in October 2019 and was completed in December 2020, required meticulous planning and research. The design team faced the challenge of creating a private and tasteful home within the constraints of a relatively small space. However, through innovative thinking and the use of appropriate materials and craftsmanship, they successfully transformed the apartment into a modern and stylish sanctuary.

The Urban Taste Residence reflects the owner's preference for a contemporary and urban lifestyle. The use of glass tiles and partitions expands the visual scope of the space, while the incorporation of wood elements creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The overall color scheme, dominated by shades of gray, further enhances the sophisticated ambiance.

This exceptional design by Lei Fu has been recognized for its excellence and innovation. It was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2022.
