The use of glue lamination and minimal production waste further contribute to its environmentally conscious design. Additionally, the cushions are well-ventilated to resist mold, even when the backrest is folded down.

Measuring at 1800mm x 660mm x 430mm, the 365 Sun Lounger offers a feeling of luxury with perfect ergonomics and comfort. Furthermore, the lounger's design minimizes its ecological life cycle footprint, as it requires no storage space.

The 365 Sun Lounger project began in February 2020 in Espoo, Finland, and was completed in February 2022. Throughout the design process, Nevanlinna utilized Lean Service Creation as the base design method. User insight interviews with end users and interior designers helped define the problem worth solving, while numerous prototypes were created to determine the optimal curve for ergonomics and weather resistance.

This groundbreaking design has not gone unnoticed. The 365 Sun Lounger was awarded the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in the Garden and Outdoor Furniture Design category in 2022.
