The design of Life Ark is characterized by its leaf-like shape and dynamic lines, which exude elegance and grace. The realization of Life Ark involved a meticulous process. The initial stage included creating a hard material mold from clay and foam, which was then divided into small numbered pieces. In the middle stage, the stainless steel material was forged by hand on the mold, and finally welded into shape. The grille design and metal and baking varnish processing technique not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the seat but also provide better breathability and comfort.

Life Ark measures 2100 mm in width, 1100 mm in depth, and 630 mm in height, making it a spacious and comfortable seating option for users. Its ergonomic design conforms to the physiological curve of the human body, ensuring a comfortable sitting experience. The backrest angle can be adjusted from 0 to 108 degrees, accommodating various activities such as reading, working, and relaxation. The grille design not only facilitates water drainage but also improves breathability and comfort.

The development of Life Ark took place in Hangzhou in August 2021, and it was officially launched in China in October 2022. The design team conducted extensive research to understand the evolving needs of public seating. They aimed to create a seat that not only fulfills its basic function but also serves as a symbol of the city, conveying its cultural and spiritual essence to the public.

Overcoming creative and technical challenges, the design team successfully broke away from the traditional approach of uniform and single-function public seats. Life Ark offers a versatile solution that meets the demands of decoration and leisure.
