AC Hotel by Marriott: A Harmonious Blend of Luxury and Art

The hotel's design is inspired by the idea of spaciousness and well-developed functional zones. The dynamic, three-dimensional shape of the hotel stands in stark contrast to its simple, bright, and timeless interiors. The color palette, dominated by brown and beige, creates a cozy atmosphere despite the hotel's grandeur.

Art plays a significant role in the hotel's design. The Marriott brand is known for its emphasis on incorporating art into its projects, and the AC Hotel by Marriott Cracow is no exception. Custom-made paintings and works by local artists are displayed throughout the hotel, sometimes integrated into the wall, creating a mini gallery that pleases the eyes of visitors.

The hotel's design is realized through a focus on natural colors, interspersed with delicate golden accents, juxtaposed with noble grays and wood. This classic American style, combined with the incorporation of art and local craftsmanship, creates an elegant, luxurious, yet cozy interior that leaves a lasting impression.

The hotel's common areas span 2200 sqm, with 300 rooms covering 20000 sqm. The hotel also features three gastronomy rooms and seven conference rooms, accommodating 600 seats. The design project, which started in 2019 in Warsaw, was completed in August 2021.

The design faced challenges in custom-designing and manufacturing furniture and graphics. However, the Tremend studio, known for its unique custom designs, successfully overcame these challenges. The result is a hotel that is aesthetically attractive both inside and out, offering a sense of comfort and unpretentious luxury.

The AC Hotel by Marriott Cracow, located in Krakow's Blonia Park, is one of the most multifunctional facilities in Poland. Its design, filled with natural materials and art, is a testament to the versatility and simplicity that the architects aimed for, creating interiors where rest and stay are a pleasure.
