The guidebook, developed for 10-14-year-old footballers, was created to assist trainers in implementing the training program in their everyday work. The main objective was to convert the initial text-heavy materials into clear and concise instructions, while ensuring easy navigation through different sections of the book.

One of the standout features of this design is the use of infographics instead of traditional text. The project, which began in January 2016, was a collaboration between Adidas, the German Football Association, and the Russian Football Union. After months of meticulous design and development, the guidebook was unveiled at a press conference dedicated to the launch of the "Coach the Coaches" program in October 2016.

Natasha Mozz's design has received widespread acclaim, earning the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in the Print and Published Media Design category.
