Purple Jade Villa: A Model of Urban Villa Returning to Nature

Creating a Natural Oasis in the Heart of Beijing

Known as an oasis in the hustle and bustle of the city, Purple Jade Villa is a residential landscape design that seamlessly integrates modern architectural forms with the beauty of the natural landscape. Designed by Natsuki Moriba, this project is a model of an urban villa returning to nature, offering residents a high-end quality life in harmony with the environment.

Located in the central residential area of Beijing, Purple Jade Villa is surrounded by thousands of acres of emerald green. The landscape design of this project aims to realize the natural return of a high-end quality life while reflecting the concept of internal cultivation and simplified external forms.

The villa features different styles of landscape, each with its own unique characteristics. The hydrophilic style is light and transparent, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere. The park adjacent style is rural and simple, evoking a sense of peace and harmony. Additionally, there is an inward enclosed courtyard style, which ensures privacy while maintaining a connection with the surrounding landscape.

One of the key strengths of Purple Jade Villa is its commitment to preserving and enhancing the natural environment. The villa boasts a large area of forest coverage and is home to a wide variety of rare plant species. Peacocks, cranes, and other rare birds are also raised within the villa, attracting a diverse range of wild birds to the area. This unique combination of natural elements creates a truly luxurious and serene living environment.

The design of Purple Jade Villa also takes full advantage of the existing conditions, including courtyard spaces, public areas, and an ecological landscape lake. Every aspect of community life is infused with the natural landscape, allowing residents to experience the beauty of nature in every detail. From the evergreen plants that provide a splash of color throughout the year to the soothing sounds of water and birds, Purple Jade Villa offers a truly immersive and rejuvenating living experience.

The project, which started in 2010 and was completed in 2021, is the final work of Purple Jade Villa. It continues the Forest Park theme of the previous phases while adopting a concise and qualitative modern architectural style. The luxury houses and super luxury houses within the project showcase the perfect blend of nature and contemporary design.

Purple Jade Villa has received recognition for its exceptional design. It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Landscape Planning and Garden Design in 2022. This prestigious award is bestowed upon designs that demonstrate outstanding creativity and resourcefulness, incorporating best practices in art, science, design, and technology. Purple Jade Villa stands as a testament to the harmonious coexistence of nature and modern living.

Experience the natural oasis of Purple Jade Villa, where luxury and tranquility converge in the heart of Beijing.
