The Ultrasonic Tooth Cleaner utilizes a 0.6mm water flow that produces 1400 pulses per minute, ensuring thorough cleaning. Users can choose from four cleaning options: normal, soft, strong, and pulse. Additionally, activating the UV sterilization mode quickly eliminates any remaining germs on the cleaner, further enhancing oral hygiene.

Technical specifications of the Ultrasonic Tooth Cleaner include dimensions of 154mm*67mm*42mm, an IPX7 level waterproof rating, and WIFI intelligent interconnection. With a battery life of up to 30 days, users can enjoy hassle-free cleaning without the need for frequent charging.

The design team, led by Malong Xi, faced several challenges during the development of this product. One major challenge was ensuring a waterproof and airtight design that would prevent water leakage and other failures over time. Through meticulous material selection and innovative design solutions, the team successfully addressed this issue, resulting in a durable and reliable tooth cleaner.

Another challenge was the intelligent visual aspect of the tooth cleaner, particularly its integration with smartphones through wifi module docking. The initial lag experienced during the interaction has been resolved through software and camera optimization, providing seamless connectivity and control.

The Ultrasonic Tooth Cleaner project commenced in October 2019 in Shenzhen and was completed in October 2021 in the same location. The dedication and expertise of the design team, including Chaolu Zeng, contributed to the successful realization of this innovative dental hygiene device.

This exceptional design has been recognized and awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Beauty, Personal Care, and Cosmetic Products Design category in 2023.
