The project features a unique blend of classical and modern elements, creating a harmonious and comfortable living space. The corridors, courtyards, and waterscape constitute a modern Chinese-style courtyard, paying homage to traditional architectural principles while embracing contemporary design sensibilities.
The symmetrical layout of Villa Mandarin Palace is based on the central axis, with the atrium garden serving as the focal point. The ground floor is dedicated to the elders' living space, providing a Shanghai-style Chinese dining room for gatherings with relatives and friends. The main reception area, divided into the main reception area and the female guest lounge, occupies the longitudinal area. The double reception living room layout exudes elegance and offers ample privacy.
One of the design's unique features is the incorporation of two patios in the north and south, ensuring ample natural lighting on the basement floor and infusing the space with greenery. The basement serves as a tranquil retreat for the hostess to enjoy tea and engage in conversations with friends.
The furnishings in Villa Mandarin Palace are not just decorative elements; they are works of art that embody the integration of human nature and culture. Each piece is carefully selected to reflect the homeowner's romantic and aesthetic life taste, adding a personal touch to the overall design.
Completed in July 2021, Villa Mandarin Palace is a testament to the meticulous attention to detail and thoughtful arrangement that goes into creating a home that truly reflects the expectations and desires of a family. This design seamlessly blends tradition and modernity, creating a space that is both timeless and contemporary.
Recognized for its exceptional design, Villa Mandarin Palace was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2023. This prestigious accolade is a testament to the design's practicality, innovation, and ability to meet professional and industrial requirements.
